• Our shipping services are currently limited to locations within India only.

• Deliveries cover metropolitan cities, urban towns, as well as many rural and semi-urban areas serviced by our logistics partners.

• If delivery to your address is not available, you will be informed during checkout.

3. Expected Delivery Timeframes

• Metropolitan Regions (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2 to 4 working days

• Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 7 working days

• Remote and Rural Locations: Approximately 7 to 10 working days

• Delivery durations may be extended due to external factors like adverse weather, transport delays, or government holidays.

• We collaborate with trusted courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your orders reach you safely and promptly.

• Shipment tracking numbers will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs

• Complimentary Shipping: Applicable for orders exceeding ₹[Insert Amount].

• Standard Shipping Fees: For orders below the free shipping limit, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, destination, and shipping speed. These fees are clearly shown before completing payment.
