To cancel, please provide your order ID, buyer name, and relevant details for verification. Upon confirmation, your cancellation will be processed and a full refund credited to your original payment source.

In such cases, the customer will receive full refund and notification via email.
2. Refund Terms

Refunds are issued via the original payment option (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, etc.).

Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Wallet or UPI refunds usually complete within 5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or tampering

Change of mind after delivery when the product is not defective

Items returned after 7 days of delivery or lacking original packaging

4. Returns

Currently, we do not provide direct exchange services. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase (as per the returns policy) and place a new order.

Returns due to customer preference or change of mind will require the customer to pay return shipping.
7. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
